Delete your Selfpost account

You can delete your Selfpost account in the app or on this website. Sign in, open your Account page and choose Delete account. Confirm only if you want to permanently remove it.

Before deleting

Complete or cancel active orders, journeys and delivery offers. Pending payouts, refunds and delivery disputes must be resolved first. A company must retain another operator who can manage its deliveries. The account page explains any issue that prevents deletion.

Your information

Deletion removes your sign-in credentials, profile details and account notifications. Your previous sessions stop working. Review comments are removed and your account is replaced with an anonymous record where a completed transaction still needs a reference.

Completed delivery records, payment and payout history, verification audit references and relevant support evidence are retained where needed for financial, delivery or legal records. Deleting Selfpost does not close an independent Stripe account. Details about data handling are in our Privacy Policy.

Cannot sign in?

Use password recovery or contact Selfpost for help with your deletion request. We need to verify that the account belongs to you.
