What Selfpost does
Selfpost operates an online intermediary platform. Senders publish delivery requests and travellers propose to carry a parcel on a journey they are already making. Selfpost does not collect, transport or deliver parcels and is not the carrier.
Consumer dispute resolution
Selfpost is not committed to resolving disputes before a consumer arbitration board and is not obliged to take part in proceedings before one. Complaints are handled directly at info@selfpost.com.
